Staff Profiles

Tammy is a member of the Resources & Financial Planning Committee. She is a qualified solicitor and has worked as the General Counsel, Director of Legal Services at King’s College London since 2018. Prior to that she worked for the Girls’ Day School Trust, the UK’s leading family of 25 independent girls’ schools including two academies, where she led on all legal matters, as well as various school mergers. She has worked within the education sector for over twelve years and is passionate about ensuring children have access to good education, development opportunities and pastoral support throughout their childhood and teens. She is a university and school mentor to various alumni and gives talks to young teens looking at a career in the law. Tammy has considerable experience in volunteering for various animal charities, in South Africa and beyond. Outside of work and the Trust, she enjoys spending time with her young family, swimming, and visiting theatres and galleries.
