Our Trust Offer

Impact Multi Academy Trust works to support our schools to offer the best possible outcomes for all our students and we are always open to supporting schools outside our Trust too.

Curriculum Development and School Improvement

We have a dedicated Director of Education who plays a lead role in school improvement, working closely with the headteachers and wider staff, promoting and supporting high educational standards. She works closely with our schools, supporting our leaders and teachers to deliver the very best educational experience for the pupils within our schools.

Working with our Director of Education across the Trust we have dedicated subject specialists, Curriculum Strategy Leads who support subject leaders to deliver a rich curriculum and outstanding teaching and learning from age 4 to 19. These roles are filled by practising teachers within our schools and re-advertised every two years, providing further opportunities for experienced teachers to develop their careers. We also have a Trust Reading Lead supporting the teaching of reading across our schools.

We have a range of senior and operational staff with extensive experience in school finance, estates and procurement. They take responsibility for all DfE requirements and provide support and advice to all our schools. Our Trust benefits from SCA capital funding.

Headteacher Support

Our Headteachers are critical to the work of our Trust. We work in partnership and collaboratively with all our Headteachers to ensure they are empowered and supported in their work.
