Staff Profiles

Sally was appointed to her role in September 2022. Her responsibilities include cross Trust curriculum standards, and the collaborative development of teaching and learning across the 8 schools currently within IMAT. Before joining IMAT, Sally was the Headteacher at Ravens Wood School for 7 years, and has worked in education for the past 25 years, teaching and leading in four local schools. Sally is a trained Challenge Partners Trust Reviewer and holds a master’s degree in educational leadership, the NPQEL, and is currently completing a PhD in Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Assessment at University College London (UCL). Sally is also a Trustee for the Teacher Development Trust. She lives locally and has 3 sons.
