Staff Profiles

Helen has over 20 years’ experience teaching Science and is currently a Lead Teacher and Head of Year at Langley Park School for Boys. Helen has taught across all key stages and brings a balance of subject knowledge and pastoral experience to her role. Helen has recently completed a NPQ in leading behaviour and culture and has supported the Trust by facilitating the Action Learning Sets for the Middle and Senior Leadership Programmes (MLP and SLP), contributing to collaborative professional development across schools. Helen is committed to outstanding teaching and to working with colleagues to develop a clear and coherent curriculum. Her approach is grounded in the belief that excellent teaching, collaboration, and a strong curriculum are central to securing the best possible outcomes for all learners.
