Staff Profiles

Sarah joined as Payroll and Pensions Manager in April 2025. Her responsibilities include ensuring the effective and efficient payroll and pension support to all schools in the Trust. Before joining IMAT, Sarah worked at The Spring Partnership Trust as Payroll and HR Officer for six and a half years. Prior to working in Education, she had a career in the Events and Hospitality industry working at The Law Society, Exeter University, Silverstone Race Circuit and Blenheim Palace to name a few. Sarah lives locally with her two children and spends most of her free time stood on the sidelines of a football or rugby pitch.
