Staff Profiles

Mike joined Impact in October 2022 from the Gravesend-based Decus Educational Trust, where he worked for 16 years and held the dual roles of Trust COO/CFO and School Business Manager. In the former role he oversaw the trust's creation in 2011, expansion into a MAT in 2014 and the continuous development of the central services function. Prior to his career in education, he worked for ExxonMobil in various logistics, operational and commercial roles, most latterly in the European natural gas business. Mike has lived in Bromley since his childhood, and he, his wife and his children all attended Bromley schools. His twin boys are currently at University. Mike spent 12 years as a governor at primary schools in Bromley and Lewisham.
