Staff Profiles

Gary is an Assistant Headteacher at Ravens Wood School, where he has worked since 2004. In his various roles he has been dedicated to fostering student success, curriculum development, and educational leadership. He is especially passionate about Teaching and Learning, inspiring trainee teachers and those new to the profession, helping them grow in confidence, refine their practice and build successful careers in education. In addition to his leadership at Ravens Wood, Gary serves as a Lead Planner and Facilitator for the Thames South Teaching School Hub, where he supports teacher development and professional learning across Bromley, Bexley and Greenwich boroughs. His work in this capacity reflects his commitment to mentoring educators and driving school improvement.
