Staff Profiles

Jenny was Head of Biology at Hayes Secondary School for over 10 years. Prior to this she was an AST whilst teaching at a school in Norfolk. In September 2025 Jenny expanded her role at Hayes to support the Impact Alliance Challenge Partners Hub, which consists of over 30 schools in the South East. Jenny has coordinated the organisation of the Hub CPD programme alongside facilitating collaborations between schools, she is now Joint Hub Manager. She also works with the Trust in a new role to drive Trust growth in professional development where she is developing professional learning networks and further collaboration across Trust schools.
