Staff Profiles

Jenny has been Head of Biology at Hayes Secondary School for the last 10 years. Prior to this she was an AST whilst teaching at a school in Norfolk. Jenny has expanded her role at Hayes to support the Impact Alliance Challenge Partners Hub, which consists of over 30 schools in the South East. Jenny has coordinated the organisation of the Hub CPD programme alongside facilitating collaborations between schools. She joins the Trust in a new role and is excited to drive Trust growth in professional development. Jenny is looking forward to developing professional learning networks and further collaboration across Trust schools.
