Staff Profiles

Ashley Cory is a senior leader with experience spanning operations, digital transformation, organisational change, governance and people leadership. He is currently Director of Support Services at Imperial College Union, where he leads a broad portfolio including digital systems, marketing and communications, people and culture, facilities and governance, and has led major programmes to modernise systems, services and ways of working. Ashley is also completing a Weekend MBA at Imperial College Business School, with particular interests in strategy, technology and organisational transformation. He brings experience of working with boards, senior leaders and a wide range of stakeholders, and is particularly interested in how strong governance, effective shared services and the thoughtful use of technology can support better outcomes for pupils and staff.
