Staff Profiles

Mike began his career at Darrick Wood School in 2000 as an IT Technician before joining Xerox in 2007 as a Technical Architect. Returning to Darrick Wood in 2010 as Network Manager, he went on to lead a number of significant IT and estates projects, including major building developments, and subsequently became Operations Manager for the school. In November 2026, Mike joined the Trust Central Team as Trust Operations Manager, where will be working across the Trust to support schools with operational strategy, estates, compliance, procurement and service improvement.
