Deputy HR Manager Vacancy

As from 1st September 2024 Impact Multi Academy Trust is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Deputy HR Manager to work with the HR Manager.

We are seeking to appoint a committed and hard-working individual to work in our Central HR Team. 

Applicants who have strong organisational skills, the ability to follow systems and procedures and advise others and with sufficient background experience to understand the nature of work required, are encouraged to apply.

We are seeking someone who:

  • is passionate about the people agenda within education
  • has excellent communication skills – verbal and written
  • has excellent interpersonal skills
  • is able to work using their initiative and often under pressure
  • is adaptable and proactive
  • is able to analyse data
  • is highly accurate and confidential

This job is based on our Beckenham campus but there are opportunities to work from home a couple of days a week. This job is available full-time or part-time. We welcome flexible working arrangements and so whilst this is a full-time job we can adapt the role to make it suitable for those working less than full-time during term-time, and / or who wish to work term-time only.
